Next, a FL Tecnics machine, model FL 2.2, handles pouch feeding, weight filling, sealing, and packaging.

Specifically, a VARPE control system measures the weight of the product in each pouch with high precision, minimizing variations and waste.

Simultaneously, another VARPE unit performs an X-ray inspection, which detects any contaminants or structural issues.

Consequently, this adds a crucial level of safety and quality control.


Meanwhile, a spiral airflow pasteurizer manufactured by SARP performs the pasteurization phase.

Unlike other systems, this design treats the product uniformly, preserving its organoleptic characteristics.

Finally, a cartoner completes the packaging process, efficiently organizing and preparing the filled pouches for shipping.
