After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended before being conveyed to the Rheon forming machines. The Rheon machines form the product; if desired, an internal filling can also be applied. The product is then transferred to the breading drum and subsequently to the spiral freezer, where the exterior is hardened to guarantee good packability. After freezing, the product is weighed by a multihead weigher and packed in doypack pouches. It then passes through the pasteurization tunnel, ensuring a longer shelf life.
