Only two identical machines of this exceptional size and capacity were ever built. The second machine is installed at Dillinger Hütte in Germany. With a total weight exceeding 800 tonnes, an extraordinary pressing force of more than 7,000 tonnes from the lower roll against the upper roll, and a plate rolling capacity of up to 300 mm thickness, this machine represents the highest level of heavy-duty plate forming technology. A RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR MANUFACTURERS OPERATING IN THE WORLD'S MOST DEMANDING INDUSTRIES. This extraordinary machine is particularly suitable for manufacturers specialising in: Nuclear energy – Small Modular Reactors (SMR) and Advanced Modular Reactors (AMR) Nuclear reactor pressure vessel components Heavy-wall pressure vessels and high-pressure systems Heavy industrial components requiring extreme plate thickness and forming forces Machines of this size and capacity are extremely rare on the worldwide market. Engineering and manufacturing a comparable new machine would require a substantial investment and a significant delivery period. Mach4Metal offers the opportunity to acquire this remarkable machine with immediate availability. For companies planning to expand their production capabilities in nuclear energy, power generation, offshore construction or heavy pressure vessel manufacturing, this could be a once-in-a-generation investment opportunity. If your company is active in SMR/AMR technology, nuclear power generation, pressure vessel manufacturing, heavy boiler production or offshore fabrication, we invite you to contact Mach4Metal.
