Lenze motors and servomotors, controlled by long-life inverters, enable fast and reliable operation of the system for many thousands of operating hours. Thanks to its innovative drive, the machine uses electrical energy primarily during the downward movement of the ram and the bending process. The return of the ram is achieved by the force of springs mounted on both sides of the machine. Additionally, during idle periods, the machine consumes virtually no electricity, as the system does not include a hydraulic pump motor maintaining pressure, as is the case with hydraulic presses. Energy consumption is estimated to be up to 70% lower compared to conventional hydraulic presses.
