Description

Variovac Optimus is a machine designed to produce and separate individual packages in trays,
in which the product is under pressure, vacuum or in a protective atmosphere. Pack of Variovac is possible
Pack only products that do not exceed the edge of the tray. Description of the device:

The device is fully functional
Material: stainless
Forming APETs from the role of foil using adjustable preheating, vacuum and upper air pressure.
The consumption date can be set in the forming product.
The product vacuum is carried out before the top foil is carried out. The machine is also equipped with gas (gas treatment)
The top of the top foil is cooled by a water chiller.
The bowl is cut by means of transverse and longitudinal cut.
The final product leaves the machine to the conveyor belt.
The extreme cuts of the foil are wound on the winding wheels and the center cuts are su at the pipeline into the tank.
Current bowl format: 8.6cm x 7.6cm x 3,2cm - stuffed with 135 - 150ml.
Possibility to change the bowl format up to 300ml.
Possibility to buy including or without double -headed stainless steel filler, where the filling takes place as follows:
