The workpiece is loaded into the machine. A quickly adjustable stop with pneumatic locking centers the workpiece in the machine. After a foot switch is activated, the workpiece is pneumatically clamped and automatically fed to the drilling unit (30 m/min). The vertical spindles drill from below, so that the resulting chips do not remain on the workpiece, as they would in a machining center. The horizontal spindles operate on two sides of the workpiece.
