Condition: used, The machine is suitable for the agglomeration of thermoplastic films and fibres. The throughput can be estimated to be 500 kg - 1000 kg/h, depending on the material, its condition and humidity. The system operates fully automatically. When the machine is empty, it stops after a preset time, eliminating the need for manual shutdown. Once the crushing process is completed, the machine shuts down automatically. If the shaft becomes difficult to rotate, the press stops applying pressure while the rotor continues rotating. As soon as the shaft can rotate freely again, the pressing process automatically resumes without going to start pozition. This significantly improves operating efficiency and reduces unnecessary wear on machine components. If the load does not decrease, the press retracts. Should the load still remain high, the crusher shuts down automatically and indicates an overload condition, protecting the machine from damage and further wear. The system worked perfectly until it was dismantled and was replaced by a larger system with a higher throughput capacity. The machine is in good working condition. On request, various spare parts can be purchased for a separate, additional fee. The buyer would have to dismantle the elevation for removal, as the machine is otherwise too high. Comments: The machine is currently being overhauled in our workshop. The photos show the machine in the current overhaul phase, so the system has not yet been fully reassembled. Once the overhaul work has been completed, probably in February 2025, the machine will be tested in operation without the use of materials.
