Machine Description:
The parts to be processed are deburred, edge-rounded, descaled, and derusted
through friction.
Thanks to its enclosed design, noise levels during deburring are reduced to
just 68 to 76 dB(A).
A direct-action dust extraction system automatically removes the dust generated
during machining.
Setting the continuously and electronically adjustable drum speed ensures
optimal machining of the parts.
The machine can be set up anywhere in the facility, provided there is a solid
surface or foundation (minimum load-bearing capacity of 1 t/m²).
A work cycle lasts approximately 20 minutes.
The drum can be emptied into a container placed underneath at the push of
a button.
The drum's inner lining is made of highly wear-resistant LINDOPAL.

The machine can be inspected under power by appointment.
