The cleaning and drying process takes place fully automatically in a closed working chamber under vacuum (≤ 1 millibar). The component cleaning itself is carried out by spraying and/or flooding with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the supply tank incl. optional (at extra cost) ultrasonic support. There is also the option of vapor degreasing with high-purity solvent vapor from the distillery. The final vacuum drying ensures 100% dry components and the double condensation stage ensures low solvent loss and lowest emission and AGW values.
