Condition: ready for operation (used), Year of construction: 2000, Line for the production of round tubes and closed profiles from black and stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 20.0 mm to 70.0 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm. Different diameter ranges are possible by manufacturing a suitable set of rollers. The tube or closed profile is formed by rolling the appropriately sized and thick steel strip using a roller set, then joined together by TIG welding. During production, the following processing steps are performed: a) grinding the weld seam b) calibration c) straightening d) and cutting to length The finished product, the 'raw tube', can be further processed to achieve the desired surface structure.
