Condition: refurbished (used), 1 overhauled HAU table polishing machine, model T1000 (maximum part processing length 1000 mm, respectively), with 1 PES/3 polishing station and a control cabinet. The table was disassembled, inspected for damage (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The guide shafts were re-bearinged, and a new gearbox was installed. + 1 PES/3 polishing station, 11 kW Podpfx Afow Avptsuerb (pneumatic lifting, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment). Max. wheel width 400 mm, max. wheel diameter 400 mm The station was completely disassembled, inspected for damage (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The polishing shaft was completely re-bearinged, including the liner bearings. The oscillation device was also completely re-sealed. During cleaning, the nozzle delivers a mixture of compressed air and cleaning fluid, helping remove contaminants from holes, channels, recesses, and complex-shaped surfaces. After cleaning, the operator can switch the gun to compressed-air mode. This allows removal of remaining fluid residues and faster preparation of the component for further work, inspection, repair, or assembly. Integrated gloves allow free rotation and positioning of the cleaned component without opening the lid.
