Used DOOSAN Mecatec V450TM twin-spindle CNC vertical turning centre, fitted with FANUC Series 18i-TB CNC control. The machine has been modified with two SAUTER VDI50 tool turrets, each offering 12 tool stations and driven-tool capability (24 tool positions in total). C-axis. Turret arrangement supports combined turning, drilling and milling operations.
