This profile is widely used and popular among companies with business in manufacturing, installation and selling of metal fences. The production of the profile goes gradually, at first hemming forms on edges from the flat metal, and then the height of the profile and the semi-round shape are formed, at the last stage of rolling machine forms the rib in the profile center. Such number of forming stages makes it possible to ensure smooth sheet changes during rolling, as well as high quality of the final product. As a blank, you can use a strip of required width and length, to prepare it with pre-cut on other equipment – sheet metal slitting machine or guillotine shear.
