The CIDAN F metal bending machine is characterized by a strong stable frame, is fast and convenient to perform operations. Reinforced side frames ensure stable movement of the clamping and bending beams. The clamping beam operates with the help of an eccentric, which reduces wear of parts during movement to a minimum. This also ensures the best possible opening and closing speed. The eccentric drive eliminates the need for adjustment and parameter adjustment over a long period of time, which ensures a long service life of the clamping motor. During clamping, the eccentrics create a very high clamping force, which is a great advantage when performing double bending (stiffening edges).
Software NULINK
The control program is designed specifically for CIDAN bending machines, it is user-friendly, so even an inexperienced operator will find it convenient to navigate, program, check and easily design parts. Instructions, notes and tips for the user are presented with the help of interactive graphics. A large number of programs can be stored in the control memory. NULINK calculates the product layout and automatically creates the program. The prepared part is displayed with the actual folding sequence. As an option, you can also choose the OFFLINE add-on, thanks to which you can prepare drawings from a computer in the office.

EGS is a 1020 mm long automatically adjustable backrest for bending machines. It is equipped with one servo motor and belt drives on both sides. It takes less than 2 seconds to obtain an exact position between 2 and 1020 mm. The support plates in the first row are made of spring steel as standard. With one press of the pedal, all supports can be lowered automatically, thus avoiding possible impact of the material when turning it on the worktable. As an option, you can choose another end support FLEXIBLE with a depth of 1550 mm - 4200 mm (more in the options section).
Tools: upper clamping, lower and bending beams
The bending machine has 3 types of beams: upper clamping, lower and bending. Each of them is equipped with a different type of tools. The upper beam tool consists of 3-4 segments, so only specific damaged segments can be replaced, avoiding greater time and financial costs. Upper beam tool parameters: 30° R1. The bending beam tools are available in three sizes: 7mm, 10mm and 15mm wide. The lower beam tools are sturdy and prevent any sensitive material from being scratched or deformed during clamping. The new drawn arc stud welding gun GD 22 is designed for welding shear connectors with large diameters (19 and 22 mm).
The ample-dimensioned adjustable lift (adjustment range: 0-6 mm) ensures in combination with the adjustable hydraulic piston damper optimum welding results in this diameter field. Of course, the new guns are suitable for welding through metal deck.
The gun also features a piston with linear ball track, an automatic length compensation system for different stud lengths and surface conditions as well as a robust, impact resistant housing for the hard work on the construction site.
The high-grade outside welding cable (cable cross section 95 mm²) accommodates the high welding currents that are necessary for large stud diameters.
