Tray loading section:
The loader consists of guides for the trays (the guides are designed to correctly position the filled trays). After placing the tray in place, the operator advances it into the sealing area by pressing a lever. (A presence sensor permits successive operations only if the tray is correctly positioned.) After the heat-sealing operation, the operator must return the tray holder to the loading position, remove the sealed tray, and load the next tray for subsequent sealing.
Film unwinding and rewinding group:
This group automatically positions the required length of sealing film—drawn from the reel—under the sealing and cutting unit, and rewinds the scrap. This group can be fitted with a date coding device for printing manufacturing/expiry dates. Optionally, a centering device allows for accurate alignment of the printed image in the centre of the metallized film covering the tray.
Sealing and cutting section:
In this group, the film is cut and sealed onto the tray (the cut matches the exact shape of the tray). Once the tray is positioned in the sealing area, the operator presses the START button to carry out the sealing and cutting operation. Both the upper and lower dies are manufactured according to the user-selected tray characteristics, and require a high degree of customization. The sealing plate is electronically timed, and each operation requires individual temperature adjustment. The section is equipped with a quick-change die system: releasing or securing the upper die can be done simply by turning a selector key on the control panel.

1. MAIR PACKAGING MACHINE, model MPS RH150/D/4/SL
Model MPS RH150/D/4/SL Pat. automatically packs round tubes in hexagonal bundles. The Machine allows the strapping operation to be carried out automatically in a fix position, with the bundle moving sideways and stopping automatically at the programmed strapping positions.
It is composed of:
- Four tube lift chain conveyors with carrier teeth and intermittently driven for the lifting of one tube at a time, coming from the threading machine, to the aligning area;
- One driven rollway to align the tube against an adjustable end-stop, before the row formation;
- Two storage areas for the tube row; necessary during the bundle evacuation cycle;
- One sturdy structure in welded structural steel, forming a bridge;
- Tube row handling system which picks up a row of tubes at a time from the second row storage and places it down onto the bundle forming brackets.
- Handling is performed by a series of electromagnets which perform a rotary movement during the row transfer cycle;
- Four driven vertical brackets for bundle formation and holding. They are provided of adjustable blades according to the required bundle size and shape and they will be lowered in order to allow the bundle laying down on the evacuation trolley.
- Driven evacuation trolley, sliding on rails fixed to the floor and equipped with lower driven rollers and pairs of retaining vertical loose rolls.
- Driven flat conveyor to transport the bundle after the strapping area.
- Driven storage chains suitable to approach bundles at the selected quantity.
- Drainage station for bundle lifting, to allow the coolant outlet from tubes; it is equipped with two hydraulic devices driven by a hydraulic power pack.
- Control switch cabinet.
2. SIGNODE AUTOMATIC STRAPPING STATION, model M400
The formed bundle is automatically transferred, by the driven rollers of the evacuation trolley, to the automatic Strapping Station. The bundle will be stopped at the programmed strapping positions to allow the automatic application of the steel strap.
It is composed of:

- Pneumatic strapping floating head for steel strap of 32 mm. width (1¼") and 0,9 mm. wall thickness;

Snap lock machine SLP-1 auto can produce click-seam panels with fixation holes and punch off side parts of the panels, it makes possible to bend the edge of the panel and join it to the roof elements after. Our machine is equipped with an automation system and make production in a fully automatic mode. This process comes following way: operator of machine put end of metal roll to the pulling rollers of the machine, which moves it to the rolling part of the equipment. At the beginning of the rolling process, two pneumatic punching presses from each side of machine make side cuts of panels.
