The Poręba TPL 90/3m lathe (also listed in market nomenclature as a variant of the TPK 90 series) is a textbook example of an Oil Country Lathe / Hollow Spindle Lathe. This model fulfills all the specific criteria for machines intended for the Oil & Gas sector: • Massive spindle bore (Big Bore): This version features a spindle bore with a diameter of 320 mm (approx. 12.5 inches), allowing for easy insertion of thick-walled drill and casing pipes. • Dual chucking system: The headstock is designed for mounting two independent lathe chucks (front and rear, typically 28 inches in diameter), ensuring the pipe is clamped and stabilized at both ends of the spindle. • Optimal working dimensions: The 3m designation defines a turning length between centers of 3000 mm, which, combined with a swing over bed of 930 mm (hence the "90" in the name), allows for machining heavy-duty pipeline components. • Exceptional rigidity: FUM POREBA factory machines are renowned for their monolithic, very wide and heavy cast iron beds, which effectively dampen the immense vibrations generated during taper thread cutting. In international used machinery catalogues, this specific Poręba model is directly classified under the Oil Field Lathes category. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Geometric parameters and machining ranges • Swing over bed: 930 mm / 36.6 in • Swing over cross slide: 630 mm / 24.8 in • Swing in gap: 1200 mm / 47.2 in • Maximum turning length between centers: 3000 mm / 120 in • Bed width: 585 mm / 23.0 in Headstock • Spindle bore diameter (Hollow Spindle): 320 mm / 12.6 in (in US nomenclature classified as a 12.5" version) • Spindle speed range: 5 – 250 rpm, or modified versions up to 710 rpm • Number of spindle speed steps: 18 Gbsdsy Sf Azspfx Al Uou Feed and thread cutting system • Longitudinal feed range: 0.1 – 12.8 mm/rev / 0.004 – 0.504 in/rev • Cross feed range: 0.05 – 6.4 mm/rev / 0.002 – 0.252 in/rev • Types of threads cut: Metric, Inch (Whitworth), Module, Diametral Pitch (DP) Tailstock • Tailstock quill diameter: 130 mm / 5.1 in • Tailstock quill travel: 300 mm / 11.8 in • Internal taper of quill: Morse No. 6 (MT6) Drive and dimensions • Main motor power: 22 kW / 29.5 HP • Overall length: approx. 5500 mm / 216.5 in • Overall width: approx. 1750 mm / 68.9 in • Overall height: approx. 1500 mm / 59.0 in • Total weight: approx. 8000 kg / 17,630 lbs

Condition: new, total length: 6,000 mm, rotor diameter: 500 mm, The 97VK1000 balancing machine is a high-tech equipment designed for service and repair companies specializing in the maintenance of industrial drive shafts weighing up to 1000 kg. It provides accurate and efficient balancing of cardan shafts, reducing repair time and ensuring high productivity of work processes. The 97VK1000 balancing machine is the perfect combination of high technology, reliability and versatility, making it an essential tool for engineers and technicians involved in the maintenance and repair of industrial cardan shafts. HIGHLIGHTS 1. Hard-Bearing Design: Designed with high precision and reliability in mind, the 97VK1000 balancing machine features a hard-bearing design to balance shafts with large initial imbalances. 2. Universal Design and Equipment: The 97VK1000 is equipped with universal equipment to balance shafts with flanges of various shapes and sizes. Special plates and adapters allow cardan lengths up to 6000 mm and flange diameters up to 500 mm. 3. Fast and Efficient Balancing Process: Thanks to the short unbalance measurement cycle, the 97VK1000 provides fast and accurate adjustment, which reduces repair time and increases the productivity of service and maintenance operations. 4. Safety and Ease of Operation: Screw jacks provide comfort and safety when working on the machine, the asynchronous variable frequency drive allows infinitely variable speed control without stopping the motor, providing optimal modes for balancing. MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL • We make balancing easier - the main advantage of our balancing systems. • The balancing process is displayed in real time and the unbalance behaviour of the rotor is monitored on the screen to achieve the best possible result. • The maximum sensitivity of the machine at any moment of operation, the set-up and calibration of the machine is carried out by the operator himself. • Free from the influence of external vibration factors on the measurement result, it has a high degree of protection against various types of interference. • Easy to learn working skills and maintenance for any employee.
