Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, Timesavers Series 22-1050-WMDMD Bwsdpfx Anjznlxropjw The Series 22-1050-WMDMD, with a working width of 1050 mm and a table opening of 0.8-100 mm, is ideally suited for processing laser-cut, stamped, water jet-cut, or plasma-cut parts, thanks to its 3 stations. The belt grinding station allows for the removal of burrs and protruding edges. Subsequently, the edge burrs are removed and the edges are slightly rounded using the disc brushes. To achieve a uniform result, we have incorporated two oscillating brush stations in which the disc brushes rotate alternately to the left and right. Thanks to the quick-change system for belts and brushes, the machine can be reconfigured in just a few steps. The conveyor belt, as well as all other stations, are frequency-controlled, allowing for stepless speed adjustment.
