Technical data Length 1100 mm Width 950 mm Height 1000 mm Power consumption 1.1 kW Feed speed 75 m/min Milling machine Turbo milling combination Type: FDL-F-205/600/500 Two combined milling machines in a heavy-duty design with adjustable tables as workpiece supports, guided by a stable combined ball bearing and roller guide. Each milling machine is equipped with a clamping station, the trimming unit, and the milling unit. Either the second milling machine or both milling machines are equipped with a glue application system. The milling machines can be equipped with a scoring saw. Belts between the milling machines minimize package transport times, thus achieving a fast throughput. A pneumatic vibrating device in the clamping station ensures even alignment of the wood. Horizontal and vertical pressure devices clamp the package. The trimming unit is used to cut a reference edge on the workpiece. This reference edge determines the length of the respective dovetail tenon profile and can be adjusted. The dovetailing is carried out by the milling unit, followed by glue application via a side jet or roller applicator. Technical data Power consumption 63 kW Compressed air consumption 350 NL/min Exhaust diameter 2 x 250 mm Exhaust volume 10600 m³/h Drive Motor 1: Table feed, milling table Manufacturer: SEW Power consumption 1.5 kW Speed 71 rpm Motor 2: Belt drive Manufacturer: SEW Power consumption 1.1 kW Speed 227 rpm Motor 3: Trimming unit motor Manufacturer: Walter Power consumption 5.5 kW Speed 2880 rpm Motor 4: Milling spindle motor Manufacturer: Behnke Power consumption 22.0 kW Speed 3000 rpm Transfer Transfer station Type: ÜL WB 600/1000 Transfer station designed in a robust welded construction with an infeed belt, alignment stop, cross-feed unit, turning device with turning brush, and an outfeed belt, as well as adjustment devices for optimal adaptation to different wood dimensions. The packages of workpieces, which have been milled, are transferred from the milling table of the dovetail tenon milling machine to the conveyor belt of the transfer station and aligned flush with a stop. The aligned wood package is moved transversely to the infeed direction into the area of the turning device by the cross-feed unit. The separation of the wood package is carried out either directly onto the outfeed belt or by turning it 90 degrees and aligning it with a fixed edge. The discharge edge can be adjusted to the wood dimension. The separated wood is transported to the infeed station via a fast-moving conveyor belt. Technical data Power consumption 2.5 kW Compressed air volume 12 m³/h Feed speed 75 m/min Infeed station Infeed station Type: EKK 205 Infeed station with a side chain guide for transporting the separated pieces of wood.

Condition: like new (used), Year of construction: 2004, HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR GLUING WOODEN ELEMENTS TO THE THICKNESS OF HSKG Category: VI - Hydraulic presses for gluing wooden parts. The HSKG device is used for gluing wooden cut-thickness parts under high pressure of hydraulic cylinders. The range of achievable crushing forces per cylinder is 5-11kN (horizontal) and 25-55kN (vertical). The gluing of elements is carried out in a stack with the dimensions of the loading field. Stack forming is carried out by hydraulic compression between the sliding vertical beams and the vertical slats of the transverse cylinders. Both stack forming elements are equipped with wooden or metal inserts corresponding to the profile of the slat stack. Gluing wooden elements from the thickness improves the quality of the frames, reduces the cost of machining, reduces the amount of wood waste.
