Hydraulic double-column deep-drawing press with a draw cushion.
Modified in 2002 by neff Pressen, Karlsruhe, according to VBG 7n5.2. Modification No. 55377, modification date 10/2002.
Ram and table with T-slots, table with ejector bores for the draw cushion.
Roller conveyor in front of the press area, light curtain on the operator side, pendant control unit with emergency stop for the ram and draw cushion.
Hydraulic unit with control panel: pressure setting and manometer for the ram and draw cushion, pressure stage valves; separate control cabinet with operating panel.
After-travel distance 12 mm, after-travel time 147 ms, minimum distance of the light curtain to the tool hazard area 294 mm.
